It is a tragic fact that most people in the West’s liberal democracies have never heard of the name Saul Alinsky, let alone know who he is. Tragic because Saul Alinsky probably takes the title for the most evil and the most effective operative in the leftist campaign to collapse traditional Western society whose foundation is Christianity. And there is strong competition among some monsters for that title. By savagely applying Marxism in the concrete circumstances he took radical leftist theory to its logical end. Alinsky’s best known book Rules for Radicals is a handbook for the application of his methods. Those methods boil down to one injuncture: do whatever ever it takes to attain the power necessary for the irresistible implementation of your political program. In Australia, the application of the Alinsky method is seen most flagrantly in the actions of GetUp!, the Greens Party, some unions (most notably in the CFMEU), radical Marxist organizations like the Socialist Alternative, and in sections of the Labor Party. The Project Veritas Action group infiltrated the Clinton dirty tricks campaign running in tandem with the official campaign. They made up several videos from their clandestine filming showing the lead organisers boasting about their tactics. One says: ‘It doesn’t matter what the legal and ethics people say, we need to win this motherf..ker.’
Others describe how after consulting Trump’s rally schedule they send teams across America ‘to train mentally-ill’ and ‘homeless’ people to cause riots and violence during his rallies. ‘We’re starting anarchy here,’ one says jubilantly. Another says grinning, ‘Union guys do whatever you want. They’re real rock ‘n roll!’ The vision shows far more, of course, than the expletive filled boasts of these moronic-sounding agitators.
Anyone who has watched leftist groups causing mayhem at political gatherings will recognise a pattern of subversion only seen in the liberal democracies of the Western world. The greater their violence, the more loudly they blame the police and the unsuspecting people who are their victims. A compliant leftist media shamelessly gives support by running their propagandist line. Whether it’s in the US or in Australia the tactics are the same, taken directly from Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals.
